Engine is full UTF

As from client side and as from mysql side all in UTF

Today I have solved not easy task. I had to change database encoding from Latin1 to UTF8 because of CONCAT(name1, name2) - which returns in wrong encoding.

So one nice script is done, check this:

CMSsystem is all in UTF now, which is cool, can be chinese and russian on the same page with no problem.
